Recruiting clients in order to place candidates when NextEra has been engaged to source talent for a role. Providing some information is optional. For example, you choose not to enter personal details relating to skills, experience or qualifications, for NextEra Enable we'll be unable to correct represent you as a candidate for roles to recruiting clients and we’ll be unable to keep in touch with you regarding opportunities and market information.

We keep your information safe by storing it securely on a cloud-based server which requires MFA and only allowing access by NextEra staff when required.

We keep your information for the intended purpose for which it was collected at which point we securely destroy it by securely erasing any digital files held by NextEra relating to the individual whose personal information it relates too.

In addition, our employees , contractors who provide services, and our strategic third-party relationships related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by NextEra.

Information held in our talent database (NextEra Edge) will be deleted if we cannot contact you to update your details. We update our candidate database every two years.​
6. Collecting Information from Website Users

Our web servers gather your IP address to assist with the diagnosis of problems or support issues with our services. Again, information is gathered in aggregate only and cannot be traced to an individual user.
