NextEra Sustainable Development Goals and Environmental, Social and Governance Commitment

1. Our Purpose

At NextEra, we embed the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into our everyday practice, not just as an external framework, but as a core design lens. Our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance is more than compliance, it’s how we build systems that uplift people, strengthen organisations, and shape a future fit world with BetterWork.

2. Our ESG Commitments

• Environmental (E)
  We design systems and ways of work that reduce waste of time, talent, energy, and opportunity. Our work supports sustainability at every level, from decision-making to system operations.

• Social (S)
  We prioritise human dignity, well-being, equity, and participation. This includes addressing physical (visible) and psychosocial/non physical (invisible) risks from bodily harm to mental and physiological (e.g. burnout, marginalisation, and psychosocial distress.)

• Governance (G)
  We enable Boards and leaders to shift from oversight to system enablement building adaptive governance practices that reflect real-time risk and organisational learning.
