“Normality is a paved road, its comfortable to walk on but no flowers grow on it”
Vincent Van Gough
How much have you constrained yourself and others by asking why it can't be done rather than asking HOW it can be done? NextERA Effect is about bringing to life and making space for the crazy, absurd and implausible ideas to improve work.

We unapologetically embrace those ideas that seem to have no place in the world. Our Research and Design arm is about supporting innovation and creativity and courage.

Effect sets up resilient practices at the broader society level. Findings ways that deliver benefits at the community level. That help us meet our ultimate purpose which is "make space for BetterWork to deliver quality of life to workers".

Creating Impact Beyond Business

Building the Future for BetterWork
Better work isn’t just about organisations, it’s about people, communities, and meaningful change. Through our Effect initiative, we’re committing our expertise to a Not-for-Profit (NFP) each year, at no cost, to support those making a real difference.
Because when we design for better work, everyone benefits.

The future of work needs more than just ideas—it needs infrastructure. Today, BetterWork practices and tools drift between systems never designed for them, searching for a home. They knock on the doors of traditional ERPs, only to be told they don’t fit.
We believe it’s time to build something different. A system where BetterWork isn’t an add-on—it’s the foundation.
We’re working on it. Watch this space
