NOTE: The pricing of this course covers both days. Overview: This half day hands-on masterclass is designed to follow on from the one day Making Safety Work course. This course is limited to 12 people. Objective: To provide participants with an opportunity to apply the tools and insights learnt in Day 1 into delving into writing effective written guidance withing a group learning session. Agenda: As a group we will work together to apply the new skills from the previous day to review a document for the top five effective guidance rules and error traps. We will use the foundational principles of HOP, what they mean, and what it takes to integrate these principles in day-to-day work. This will help you return to your work place and start to identify where you can enhance your Rule or Procedures so people can use them by rethink procedure design, balancing compliance, usability, and make a plan to test in operational reality. Wrap-Up: Integrating What We've Learned Reflect on how the tools, concepts, and leadership strategies can be integrated into your current operations to begin enabling Better Work immediately. Cohort catch up: 3 weeks after the course we'll schedule an hour as a group together to feedback how you have found the process with Matt and Di to assist on your next steps. Pre-requisite. You must have completed the Making Safety Work Day 1 course.
