Informal kōrero with Rob Fisher
This is your chance to go one-on-one with Rob Fisher (President, Fisher Improvement Technologies). This session is your chance to talk with the Rob and Co. and really hear how the "how" has been done before. We like to say the "answer is in the question". Its not talking head its you asking questions to reflect on what you heard and learned on the day and be curious about the 'AND'.
Rob Fisher (President, Fisher Improvement Technologies) is a pioneer. While others talked about the dream, he was in the field—navigating the terrain, testing what works, and laying the foundations for real, practical transformation. Thirty years on, Rob has moved beyond his nuclear roots, integrating contemporary safety approaches across 400+ organisations in industries like oil and gas, utilities, aviation, and construction. He understands not just the tools needed, but also the challenges of embedding the ‘AND’ into safety management systems (SMS) globally.
This isn’t about chasing shiny new things—it’s about getting tools into action and enabling the frontline. Join us as Rob shares his journey, from large corporates to SMEs, and explore how to apply some of the tools he’s used to drive meaningful change. He’ll explore our thinking on what safety truly is—and how the ‘AND’ delivers both BetterWork at the frontline key and Operational Excellence.
